Commissioning a newly designed basket sword hilt

Ian has a BA honours degree in Design from Edinburgh College of Art and is keen to develop new designs whenever possible. So if you have a theme in mind for your own sword hilt, or as a gift for someone special, chances are it can be designed and made.

Projects to date have incorporated natural themes such as trees and animals, but we are only limited by our imaginations.

A one-off design might seem extravagent, but may become an heirloom of tomorrow.
